Our Food Safety and Quality System is subject to regular scrutiny through third-party audits by Food safety regulators and certification bodies, as well as our own internal audit programme. All of our manufacturing facilities are independently certified to a leading Food safety management system.
We have stringent processes
Milk is passed through rigorous analytical tests before it is accepted for processing. Monitoring of milk during different stages of processing is also done before the final inspection of the product. Finally, when the product satisfies all the requirements including the regulatory requirement then only the product is released into the market.
Quality Improvement Programme
- As part of continual improvement in Quality, Bulk Milk Chillers are provided at the village level primary milk societies. This has resulted in the tremendous improvement in the microbiological aspect of Milk.
- The chilled milk from primary milk societies is transported in Insulated Road milk tanker once in a Day.
- Chilling of milk at the village level and transporting the same in insulated Road Milk Tanker have reduced the microbial load in raw milk which in turn has reduced the processing costs in terms of energy, thereby offering better returns to farmer producers.
